Tobias Bjerrome Ahlin has held key roles at Spotify, Minecraft, and GitHub, and has lectured on AI and creativity in 20 countries—from Luleå to New York and Tokyo and back.

Tobias works as a Principal Product Designer at GitHub, the world’s largest development platform, which has launched the popular generative AI product GitHub Copilot. Here, he works on designing AI products and understanding how people can leverage AI to help them achieve more.

The Great AI Transition

AI is here to stay—but how do we use it correctly, efficiently, and ethically, especially in the context of eHealth and healthcare? In this lecture, Tobias explores the opportunities and limitations of applying AI, addressing how we can prepare to meet the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. He emphasizes the significant risks, shortcomings, and ethical dilemmas that comes with AI’s ability to perform exceptionally well in certain tasks—while frequently making critical errors that defy common sense.
