Scheduling within social care using AI / AI som stöd för schemaoptimering i offentlig sektor

Demographic challenges, an increasingly difficult recruitment situation, and changes in legislation make staffing a significant challenge in healthcare and social services. At the same time, scheduling has become an increasingly complex process, often handled manually. In this session, we will discuss how AI and modern technology can be used to make scheduling and staffing both smarter, fairer, and faster.
